PESTICIDE APPLICATION NOTICE
Pests encountered in regular landscape maintenance include insects, weeds, or micro-organisms, such as fungi, mold, bacteria, and viruses. Products that prevent, destroy, repel, or mitigate pests are called pesticides. The California Department of Food and Agriculture requires notification to the property operator of all pesticide applications. Under this contract, DiGrande Brothers Landacape Maintenance may be making spot treatments of pesticides during regular service visits. This contract and specification serves as notification. Notice of application for large-scale pesticide work or materials other than listed below will be made to the property operator prior to each application.
