We mow lawns to a height of two inches or as appropriate once each week during the active growing season, and as needed at other seasons; using sharp adjusted mowing equipment. We clean up all lawn clippings within 24 hours.

We perform mechanical edging along sidewalks and curbs weekly with mowing. We work to keep all turf away from the base of trees in at least a six-inch radius to help prevent mechanical injury.

We fertilize lawns eight times a year or as needed. And, as stated, we do all weeding by hand and apply selective herbicides as necessary.

We keep hardscaped areas weed-free with herbicide applications.

We check cracks in the pavement curb and gutters regularly and monitor the debris in drainage gutters during the rainy season.

We are committed to conserving water and therefore inspect irrigation systems when we evaluate your landscape for the first time. We will submit a report noting any deficiencies in the system

We schedule watering on automatic controllers in quantities and frequencies consistent with seasonal requirements of plant material in the landscape and may hand water when necessary.

We usually inspect the controllers and sprinklers once a month during normal working hours and check sprinkler heads, clean them out and adjust them to promote proper coverage within the limits of the irrigation system. We adjust valves to operate at the proper pressure and to eliminate unnecessary water waste.

We inspect all landscaped areas on days of service and remove litter such as newspaper, bottles, and cans. During the autumn months, we remove leaf debris on a regular basis so the entire property is completed at least once per month. We use power blowers in our cleanup operations.
